Dematic improves customer experience with redesigned website

August 17, 2022 – Dematic recently unveiled a reimagined version, with an improved search function, user experience and navigation structure. With the new design, the Dematic website now offers customers and prospects easily accessible content that specifically addresses their challenges.

“In addition to giving our website a new design, we’re excited to streamline the online user experience by focusing on what our customers really care about,” said Erin Dillard, Dematic’s vice president of marketing communications. “And they’ll be able to find applicable content faster, with faster load times and mobile-friendly pages.”

The website redesign began as an exploratory project by Dematic’s digital marketing team and the IT department of KION Group, Dematic’s parent company, with the goal of reformatting the Dematic website and improving technical stability. . As part of this exploration, the team realized the opportunity to revisit the design and approach to presenting content to Dematic customers.

“Dematic’s modern and updated website will stand out in our market,” said Malika Givens, Global Head of Digital Marketing at Dematic. “The flexibility offered by the Adobe Experience Manager content management system will help us deliver Dematic’s expertise and success stories when and where our customers need them.”

As a result of this website redesign, Dematic expects increased efficiency and stability for web processes, including a significant reduction in the time spent fixing bugs and resolving issues each year. “We expect site traffic to increase by 10%, which we believe will ultimately lead to increased customer inquiries,” Givens said. “The new navigation and contact forms will make it effortless for customers to reach us.”

The new website had been online since August 10, 2022.
