LAS VEGAS – More than 75,000 couples were married in Las Vegas in 2021 and to better respond to the now-registered iconic brand, the Wedding Capital of the World, County Clerk Lynn Marie Goya has launched a new website celebrating the brand and his famous story. The site showcases the variety of wedding couples, venues and venues that make Clark County the number one wedding destination in the world. Weddings.Vegas provides a more easily accessible URL for information on all services within the County Clerk’s Office.

Weddings.Vegas, created by Nevada-based web company KPS3, was designed for millennials who are the largest demographic looking for wedding licensing and information. By focusing on a mobile, intuitive and dynamic design, customers have multiple ways to get information. With a well-structured menu, quick links to popular services, and a built-in answering machine to answer frequently asked questions, visitors will have several options to quickly get the information they need. Designed with above industry standards to ensure compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA and easily translatable content through the browser, our goal was to meet the needs of diverse audiences, cultures and languages.

The site is breathtaking – as any wedding should be. Full of spectacular, sometimes humorous photographs, informative articles on marriage, upcoming events and well-known announcements, the site invites interaction.

“As the wedding capital of the world, it’s important that we show residents and visitors alike what they need to do to get married here and the many options Las Vegas has to offer when choosing the right place for a ceremony,” said said County Clerk Lynn Goya. “Couples don’t just come from all over the United States to get married in Las Vegas, they come from all corners of the globe, so it’s important that we make every aspect of their experience special.”
